  3. Incorrect Product Delivery: If you receive a product that differs from the one you ordered, you may submit a claim for a return or replacement. We will provide you with the correct product originally ordered.

Claims for returns or replacements under these limited conditions must be filed with our customer service team within twenty-four (24) hours of receiving the product. You will be required to follow our prescribed return procedure, including providing any supporting evidence or documentation requested by our team.

Our process for permitted returns is as follows:

  1. Contact our customer service team at info@xboxking.com within the specified 24-hour window, providing your order number and evidence of the issue.
  2. Await confirmation from our team and follow the instructions provided for the return.
  3. Return the product using the provided shipping label or as instructed by our customer service team.
  4. Ensure that the item is returned in the same condition in which it was received, with all original packaging and accessories included.

Upon receipt and inspection of the returned item, we will process your request for a replacement. If the replaced item is no longer available, we will offer an alternative replacement or a full refund at our discretion.

Please note that claims for returns or replacements must be made within the specified twenty-four (24) hour period following receipt. Claims made outside of this window may not be eligible for return or replacement.
