Price Protection Policy
I. Overview
At XboxKing, we are dedicated to ensuring our customers receive the best value on every purchase. Our 30-Day Price Protection Policy guarantees you pay the lowest advertised price on our store. If the price of a product you purchased on our website decreases within 30 days of the original purchase date, excluding select circumstances, you may be eligible for a refund of the difference issued as a store gift card.
II. Eligibility
To qualify for a refund of the price difference under this policy, all of the following criteria must be met:
- Time Frame: Request must be made within 30 calendar days of the original purchase date.
- Product Match: The product must be the exact same make, model, size, color, and configuration as the initial purchase, bought as a single unit.
- Availability: The product must be in-stock and available for purchase on our website at the time of the claim.
- Price Differential: There must be a minimum price difference of $1 or more from your purchase price to qualify. Price differences will be rounded up to the nearest whole dollar amount.
- Exclusions: The lower pricing cannot apply to clearance items, limited-time/promotional sales, pre-order items, limited/special edition bundles, third-party marketplace listings, Black Friday, Cyber Monday, or other special short-term promotional events.
III. How to File a Claim
- Proof of Purchase: Email support@xboxking.com with your original order number and the details of the product for which you are requesting the refund of the price difference.
- Notice of Price Reduction: Inform us of the lower price that is currently advertised on our website. Include a link to the product page if available.
- Request Submission: Claims must be submitted to our customer service team within the 30-day window.
IV. Refund Process
Once a claim is verified as meeting all policy conditions, we will issue a XboxKing Store gift card for the difference in pricing to the original purchaser.
Please allow up to 7 business days for gift card processing after claim approval.
V. Additional Terms
- Limitation: One approved claim per customer, per single unit product purchase.
- Non-Transferrable: XboxKing Store gift cards are non-transferrable and can only be redeemed by the original purchaser.
- No Cash Value: XboxKing Store gift cards have no cash value unless required by law.
- Policy Changes: XboxKing reserves the right to modify or discontinue this policy at any time.
