Return and Refund Policy
At XboxKing, we categorize our products into "Returnable" and "Non-Returnable" items. These designations will be clearly indicated on the respective product detail pages.
I. Returnable Items
For Returnable items, XboxKing offers a 30-day return window from the date of receipt. To be eligible for a return, the item must be in its original, unworn, unused condition with all tags attached and original packaging intact. Proof of purchase is also required to process the return. There may be restocking fees of up to 5% for Returnable items, which will be clearly listed on the product detail page.
To initiate a return, please contact our support team at support@xboxking.com. You will be provided with a return shipping address. Upon accepting an eligible return, we will issue a prepaid return shipping label along with instructions for sending back the package. Items returned without prior approval will be refused.
For approved returns of Returnable items, customers can choose between:
- A replacement of the same item (subject to availability)
- A refund to the original payment method within 10 business days of our receiving the returned item.

II. Non-Returnable Items
For Non-Returnable items found to be damaged, defective, or incorrectly shipped, customers may request a replacement of the same product. If requesting a replacement, customers must contact our customer support team at support@xboxking.com within 24 hours upon receipt of the delivery. The timestamp of the requesting email will act as proof of meeting this time window. Out of the 24-hour time window, we may not accept replacement requests. Digital products like gift cards and game keys are classified as Non-Returnable. Refunds for Non-Returnable items are not available unless mandated by law.
III. Exceptions
The following items are Non-Returnable: sale merchandise, perishable goods (food, flowers, plants etc), custom/personalized products. For any clarification on an item's return eligibility, please inquire with our support team.
IV. Damages and Issues
We advise our customers to inspect orders promptly upon delivery. If any item is found to be defective, damaged, or incorrect, please notify us immediately by contacting support@xboxking.com so that we can assess the issue and take appropriate action.
V. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect an eligible return, we will notify the customer about the status of their refund request. Approved refunds for Returnable items will be processed within 10 business days to the original payment method. Please allow additional time for the refund to reflect in your bank account or credit card statement.
If more than 15 business days have elapsed since the approval of your return without receiving the refund, please contact support@xboxking.com.
